The lady behind the counter is amazing as well. She put me on hold and I hang up ready to call another place. Before I could dial she called me back and took my order. Thats superior customer service. Im glad she called back to, because Id of just went to hole in one for the 11000 time and get mistreated by that grumpy lady behind the counter. The coffee is good. The establishment is inviting and clean. Were watching Madagascar 3 infact right now in the dining room. The prices are fair. In my recent experience they come in just under average prices for bagel sandwiches in the area. They also have a great mid day menu . ”

As the sign behind the counter so eloquently states this is not fast food. That being said, I found the service to be prompt and courteous.
